HYROX at FIT26 is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level.  This versatile workout combines endurance, strength, and functional training, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Ready to give it a try?

WHEN CAN I DO HYROX AT FIT26?

Our HYROX training classes, all 45 minutes long, are available every Monday at 6:05 PM, Tuesday at 6:25PM, Wednesday at 7 AM, Thursday at 9AM & 6:45PM and Friday at 7 AM. These sessions are open to both members and non-members, with more classes to be added to the timetable soon!
